• Fixed – IPv6 Routing header length handling, and extraction of the IPv6 extension header chain (#218).

• Changed – the build matrix moved to Python 3.13 and stopped testing 3.8.

This release also introduced the transport-layer parsing regression fixed in 1.3.5; upgrade past it rather than to it.
